Heyu: Heaven Enforced Youth

I knew while working on this that it was going to be work that I was going to be proud of all my life.

This is probably going to be one of the more difficult executions to explain in my entire portfolio. That said, it’s also one of the best things I’ve worked on.

Heyu is a Vtuber Agency we created from scratch and Re:negade is its’ first outing.

We made it all from scratch.

I lead graphic, video, and music teams to conceptualize an entire Intellectual property from scratch. We branded it and gave the entire idea it’s own lore and set of rules that it followed. Since the concept itself was music focused, we conceptualized a style for our Vtubers and produced music performed by the amazing talents that we chose to pilot our characters. By far, this was the most expansive and holistic piece of work I’ve ever had the privilege to work on.

I personally worked on the animation for the teaser trailers of our characters. Each and every one was bespoke and loyal to the characters we built out. I worked together with the graphic teams in executing these videos in a surprisingly short timeline.
